From medically supervised detox through residential treatment, intensive outpatient, and lifetime aftercare — iRecover US offers a continuum of care tailored to each individual. No referral required. No waitlist.
Every participant who arrives at iRecover begins with medically supervised detox. Our nursing team assesses, monitors, and supports you through withdrawal in a safe, compassionate environment — clearing the way for lasting recovery to begin.
The length of detox varies by individual and substance. Alcohol and benzodiazepine detox typically requires close medical oversight for 3–7 days. Opioid and stimulant detox can range from 24 hours to a week or more. Medical detox must be completed before entering the classroom-based residential program.
No physician referral required
